About The Position
Position: Egg Operator Level 1 Location: Plant City, FL Day-to-day responsibilities include: Must show proficiency in all level 2 requirements. Must be able to adjust suction cup placement at the denester to achieve proper denesting of the egg cartons. Must be able to change over the machine to different-sized egg cartons. Must be able to make adjustments to the glue placement and air pressure to ensure proper glue shot. Must be able to inspect and identify problems with the line. Must possess required (employee-provided) tools. Tool list: 2 hex key folding sets (standard and metric), combination screwdriver set, standard wrench set (ratcheting), pliers set, tool bag. Must be able to make adjustments to the pick and place angle of the denester and label applicator. Must continue to demonstrate the ability to run the machine efficiently to meet the standard consistently.
