About The Position
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $17 - $18.99/hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits), dependent on the position offered. Responsibilities
- Recommend, select, and assist customers in locating merchandise that meets their needs and preferences.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of store inventory to provide expert product recommendations.
- Consistently greet customers and inform them of current promotions to enhance their shopping experience.
- Foster repeat business by building strong customer relationships.
