Requirements

  • L&D Experience: 3+ years of experience in learning delivery, sales enablement, or related fields with demonstrated success in facilitating effective learning experiences
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of sales processes and customer success principles with the ability to connect learning objectives to business outcomes
  • Facilitation Skills: Proven ability to deliver engaging training sessions that promote active participation and knowledge application
  • Project Coordination: Demonstrated experience coordinating learning initiatives with attention to detail and commitment to quality execution
  • Collaborative Approach: Strong teamwork capabilities with the ability to work effectively with program owners, subject matter experts, and business partners
  • Communication Excellence: Clear and effective communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts and provide constructive feedback to diverse audiences
  • Learning Technology: Proficiency with learning management systems, virtual training platforms, and digital collaboration tools
  • Results Orientation: Focus on measuring and demonstrating the impact of learning initiatives on performance metrics and business outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Learning Delivery: Facilitate dynamic virtual and in-person training sessions that build essential sales and customer success competencies, adapting delivery approaches to meet diverse audience needs and experience levels
  • Skills Application: Guide participants in applying new skills through structured practice opportunities, reinforcement activities, and supportive feedback that bridges learning to on-the-job performance
  • Needs Identification: Collaborate with business partners to identify performance gaps and learning needs, contributing insights to the development of targeted effectiveness solutions
  • Program Coordination: Coordinate the facilitation of learning initiatives, working closely with program owners and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and timely completion
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and synthesize participant feedback, learning metrics, and engagement data to inform program improvements and effectiveness enhancements
  • Content Refinement: Support the adaptation and optimization of learning content based on participant feedback and emerging business needs, ensuring materials remain relevant and impactful
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with key stakeholders on program progress, participant engagement, and implementation milestones
