About The Position

To meet the needs of the patient and to support the Department by performing a variety of clinical tests and monitoring procedures in the Neurophysiology Labs. Monitoring and testing is performed throughout the hospital: Epilepsy Unit, NICU, Radiology Suites and Intensive care units. Ability to communicate pertinent information effectively to Neurologists, Neurosurgeons and other appropriate personnel. To maintain, clean and calibrate equipment and maintain all records necessary.

Requirements

• Board Registration in related field or eligibility to sit for boards within given timeframe.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical EEG experience and documentation of 100 EEGs in the clinical Neurophysiology field.
• Fundamental computer skills and keyboard familiarity
• Able to speak and write English Fluently
• Demonstrated communication, organization and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology
