The EEG Technician performs standard EEGs in all settings. Enloe Health is a Level II Trauma Center located in beautiful Northern California. Requirements

• Must have the ability to learn to perform standard wake, drowsy and sleep EEG tests with general supervision.
• The ability to learn to perform complex EEGs including extended and continuous EEG’s with and without video, mini-sphenoidals and evoked potentials.
• Must demonstrate technical competence, professional judgment, communication skills and sensitivity for the patient and family in crisis.
• Must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position.
• Current CPR certification
• Registered Electroencephalographic Technologist (R. EEG T.) (within one year of hire) (dept tracks)

Nice To Haves

• Two years of hospital experience performing standard EEGs.
