About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled EEG Technician to perform electroencephalogram (EEG) procedures in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role involves working with patients across all age groups—from neonatal to geriatric—while ensuring accurate data collection and high-quality patient care in accordance with established clinical standards.

Requirements

• Registered EEG Technician (R. EEG T)
• Minimum 1 year of EEG experience
• BLS/CPR certification
• Strong computer skills, communication abilities, and critical thinking

Responsibilities

• Perform routine EEG procedures in accordance with ASET guidelines
• Prepare and position patients, including electrode measurement and application for adult and pediatric populations
• Monitor, record, and analyze EEG waveforms and patterns
• Document raw data and prepare reports for physician interpretation
• Edit and manage long-term (24-hour) EEG recordings
• Provide patient and family education with a focus on comfort and understanding
• Maintain EEG equipment and ensure proper functionality
• Stock acquisition stations and report equipment issues promptly
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols
