About The Position

As an EEG Technician, you will be responsible for operating equipment that measures the electrical activity of the brain as well as other parts of the nervous system, such as the spinal cord. At Harris Health, you will operate, adjust, and maintain all electroencephalogram, electroencephalograph, or electroneurodiagnostic equipment in your work. Good communication and interpersonal skills as well as keen attention to detail will be vital as you prepare patients for procedures. Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Electroneurodiagnostic Technology or 2 years of EEG experience and eligible to write the certification exam
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • 2 years of EEG experience preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Certification from the American Board of Registration for Electroencephalographic Technologies (ABRET) preferred
  • 2 years of EEG experience preferred
