About The Position

As an EEG Technician at our facility you will be joining a team that is dedicated to serving others in need and also supporting one another. In this important role, you will be responsible for providing quality electro-neurodiagnostic test services to inpatients and outpatients, neonate to adult, as ordered by a physician. You will perform EEG's, ambulatory EEG's, telephone transmission EEG's, and multiple sleep latency EEG's. You will be responsible for recording electrical activity of the patient's brain to study epilepsy, convulsive disorders, and localizing lesions in the cerebrum. You will perform Polysomnology testing including BIPAP/CPAP trials. You will perform various clerical duties. You will participate in performance improvement and continuous quality (CQI) improvement activities.

Requirements

• Registry eligible or Registered by ASET preferred.
• Experience in EEG and/or Polysomnology preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer knowledge and keyboarding skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality electro-neurodiagnostic test services to inpatients and outpatients.
