Overview The Program Marketing Coordinator will support the company's energy efficiency and conservation (Act 129) marketing initiatives with the planning, review and execution of program marketing materials to ensure brand consistency across all channels. Additionally, the role assists in coordinating related events, sponsorships and field team activities

Requirements

  • 2 plus years of experience in a marketing or communications role required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent content curation and copywriting/copyediting skills.
  • Experience with social media and related advertising platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook) and familiarity with marketing software (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sprinklr, or similar)
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM and Google Analytics
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Extensive experience with social media and related advertising platforms
  • Experience with Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Wordpress and mobile SMS communications a plus
  • Experience working with a regulated utility company
  • Excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate production of program marketing and promotional materials among conservation service providers (CSPs), the communications and marketing department and advertising agencies.
  • Thoroughly edit and proofread content for grammar, punctuation, style, and accuracy, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across all materials.
  • Write a variety of marketing material tailored to various communication platforms.
  • Review and ensure all marketing materials and program microsites align with our brand guidelines.
  • Maintain editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Support the planning and execution of energy efficiency and conservation events and webinars.
  • Sponsorship activation, creative development, budgeting, and invoicing.
  • Ensure content provides clear benefits to target audience, resonates with our customer base and conveys the brand voice and personality, and meets high-quality standards.
  • Support the strategy and execution of digital and multi-channel campaigns, tactics and programs by collaborating with interdepartmental teams and external agencies as it relates to the company’s energy efficiency and conservation programs.
  • Support social media and blog strategy to align with exceptional customer experience standards for assigned business unit ensuring corporate best practices are followed.
  • Partner with internal resources to execute editorial calendar and social media calendar for vertical and global content.
  • Support energy efficiency and conservation CSPs and advertising agency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency.
  • Provide consistent brand voice and tone across all mediums.
  • Assist with editorial calendar planning, budget tracking, invoice processing, meeting coordination and asset management for record retention.
  • Serve on the emergency on-call roster and be prepared to manage and support customer engagement during crisis.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
