About The Position

The Educator role focuses on enhancing the guest experience by providing personalized assistance and technical product education. The position requires dynamic engagement with guests, ensuring seamless transactions, and supporting store operations while fostering an inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store location.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to local legislative requirements (EMEA only).
• Ability to travel to assigned store using own transportation methods.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
• Ability to move through a store for most of a shift to assist guests and complete work tasks.
• Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to optimize guest experience and support store operations.
• Perform product presentation tasks according to company standards.
• Use in-store technology to support operations and enhance guest experiences.
• Maintain the luxury environment of the store through cleaning tasks.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
