About Goodstart Mount Hutton Key Educator Approach : Educators build strong, secure attachments by working closely with a small group of children, promoting consistent relationships and supporting individual development. Goodstart Mount Hutton is a 38 -place centre and rated as Exceeding National Quality Standards. Great working Environment : Goodstart Early Learning Mount Hutton provides a dynamic, fun learning environment that provides each child opportunity to learn, explore, wonder and develop a love of learning. Individualized Curriculum : The centre follows the Early Years Learning Framework and uses platforms like Storypark to tailor programs to each child's needs, interests, and strengths.
Requirements
- Cert III or Diploma Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
