About The Position

Austill’s Educational Therapy Services, AOT, Inc.—leading providers of pediatric school-based services in Southeastern/western PA—are seeking a full-time Educational Therapy Manager to join our leadership team. This salaried role is open to experienced school-based Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, or Speech-Language Pathologists looking to transition into management. This position offers a flexible, hybrid schedule that blends the convenience of working from home a few days a week with essential onsite collaboration at our corporate office in Exton. You will also hit the road to visit our partner school districts, ensuring all receive top-tier support. Requirements

  • Preferably, a minimum of 5 years of experience as a pediatric educationally based licensed professional.
  • Must be a licensed therapist (OT, PT, or Speech) in good standing.
  • Administrative, supervisory, and/or management experience.
  • Strong ability to use MS Office.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be capable of working in multiple team environments.
  • Incorporate company policies and procedures into daily activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the company’s occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech-language therapy services for preschool and school-age children 3-21 years of age within the company’s contracted agencies.
  • Maintain efficient staffing of current therapists with children and work closely with our Recruitment Department to collaborate on hiring needs.
  • Support the occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech-language therapists to meet the needs of each agency.
  • Serve as the company’s main liaison to Directors of Special Education/Agency personnel.
  • Maintain clinical knowledge and promote best practice therapy to share resources with agencies and therapists to ensure the provision of high-quality therapy services.
  • Work as a collaborative team member with our managers, coordinators, marketing, and HR Departments.
