About The Position
The Educational Specialist II - Suspension Services is responsible for implementing district-level policies and procedures regarding suspension and expulsion within Baltimore City Public Schools. This role involves providing support, training, and guidance to staff, students, and families, as well as coordinating referral services and intervention activities. The specialist will facilitate the suspension/expulsion process, deliver technical assistance, and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders to ensure effective behavior management systems are established in schools.
