About The Position
The Educational Specialist II position is under the general supervision of the Educational Specialist III of the Professional Development & Educational Research Institute (PDERI). The role involves collaborating with team members to design and deliver high-quality training and support for HICISL administrators within the Vice Principal Certification program. The specialist will monitor vice principal interns' leadership growth and provide differentiated supports based on identified growth areas. Additionally, the specialist will assist in developing leadership initiatives to support readiness into leadership and the Principal Pipeline, engage in research-based leadership discussions, and implement innovative initiatives to enhance PDERI procedures and processes.
