About The Position
Are you a master of organization with a passion for supporting student success? Austill’s Educational Therapy Services is seeking a detail-oriented Educational Services Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will be the primary link between educational therapy managers, clinical therapists, university graduate students, and school districts. Your mission: ensure students (children ages PK-12th grade) get the clinical services they need through precise data management and expert logistics. This is a part-time, hybrid position (20 hours per week) based out of our Exton, PA office. We offer flexible scheduling Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Austill's has been providing comprehensive school-based therapy services, including Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy for over 40 years! We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of our students in schools throughout Pennsylvania through high-quality educational therapy services.
Requirements
- Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn specialized mapping and database software.
- Proactive Problem Solver: You don’t just find issues; you find solutions. You’re a self-starter who can manage multiple moving parts.
- Top-Tier Communicator: You possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, essential for building relationships with school districts and agencies.
- Detail Driven: You have a "measure twice, cut once" mentality when it comes to data entry and organizational timelines.
- High School Diploma (Required); a College Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain all company-required clearances, licensures, and credentials.
- Ability to perform light-duty physical tasks, including prolonged sitting/standing and frequent computer use.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Caseloads: Facilitate the matching of clinical therapists with students and use mapping software to identify the best local providers.
- Communicate & Connect: Act as a professional liaison via email and phone between managers, therapists, and school administrators.
- Data Integrity & Management: Maintain student profiles, process referrals and evaluations within a 48-hour window, and track IEP changes and duration dates.
- Reporting: Assist managers in generating timeline reports for referrals and staffing assignments.
- System Integrity: Manage accurate data as students transition through grades and collaborate with the school coordinators.
- Fieldwork Leadership: Coordinate the clinical student fieldwork program by building university partnerships, screening applicants, and managing student orientations and clearances.
