Requirements
- Candidates should hold a master’s degree or higher in School Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a closely related field and possess an active School Psychologist license issued by the New Jersey Board of Psychology.
Nice To Haves
- National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) certification is preferred but not required.
- New graduates are welcome to apply and will be considered for this opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Participate in IEP meetings and eligibility determinations.
- Conduct psycho-educational and behavioral assessments.
- Support data-driven decision-making and progress monitoring.
- Prepare clear, compliant evaluation reports and recommendations.
- Promote positive school-wide practices related to student wellness and learning.
- Consult with educators, families, and support staff on interventions and strategies.
