Educational Leader
About The Position
As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice. About Goodstart Traralgon Conway Court: Our 80-place centre is conveniently located near shops, community facilities and main roads We have six rooms indoors, with only 8 places in the nursery and the largest room having only 16 children We offer a range of programs in centre, as well as regular excursions and incursions in the local community Our team of Educators work well together, are supportive of one another and welcome new ideas Enjoy support from an experienced leadership team and networking opportunities with other Educational Leaders in neighbouring Goodstart centres
Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Vic Working with Children Check
- Previous experience leading change in education
