Creatively uses adult learning principles and project management skills to design and deliver engaging organization wide education and training for professional development of employees and leadership. Translates learning requirements into effective learning solutions and documentation. Serves as a resource regarding instructional design and delivery best practices, supportive media, authoring and web tools, and learning technology support. Serves as the Support Services educator/Allied Health coordinator and provides educational opportunities to develop and enhance written competencies for Support Services and Clinical Support Services. Will serve as the coordinator of assigned areas such as simulation/CME etc.
