About The Position

Wellspring Global Academy is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and creative Educational Concierge to provide white-glove support to students and their families throughout their entire educational journey with us. The Educational Concierge will serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for a caseload of students and families, offering personalized guidance, support, and advocacy. This role is integral to ensure students have a smooth, successful, and engaging academic experience, with the ultimate goal of helping students thrive in their academic and personal growth.

Requirements

  • A passion for education and helping students succeed, with a genuine commitment to creating a positive and supportive experience for families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with students, parents, and internal teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a caseload of students and families effectively, prioritizing tasks and following through on commitments.
  • Creative and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to think outside the box to address challenges and create customized support strategies.
  • Experience in customer service, student services, or educational support roles preferred, particularly in an online or remote learning environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
  • Familiarity with online learning platforms and educational technology is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to provide personalized, empathetic support.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct personalized orientation sessions before the student officially starts, ensuring a smooth transition into Wellspring Global Academy.
  • Provide guidance on course options, navigating the online platform, and ensuring all necessary materials and resources are in place for a successful start.
  • Simplify and guide families through the onboarding process, addressing any questions and making sure all requirements are met for a seamless entry into the academy.
  • Work with families and students to design a tailored academic path that aligns with the student’s strengths, interests, and future goals.
  • Provide ongoing academic guidance, regular check-ins, and recommend resources to help students stay on track and engaged throughout their coursework.
  • Track students' progress, offering proactive support and intervention when needed to ensure academic success.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the student and their family for the duration of their time at Wellspring, ensuring they feel supported and heard.
  • Serve as an advocate for the student’s needs, collaborating with instructors, counselors, and other staff members to ensure a holistic approach to the student’s education.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with families to foster a sense of community and trust.
  • Encourage family involvement and engagement, organizing events, virtual meetings, or check-ins to keep families informed and connected with their child’s educational journey.
  • Continuously develop and implement creative solutions to enhance student engagement, academic performance, and family satisfaction.
  • Identify and address any challenges faced by the student or family, thinking creatively to provide solutions that cater to each unique situation.
  • Offer tailored recommendations to families for extracurricular activities, academic enrichment, and social development that align with the student’s interests and aspirations.
  • Organize and facilitate ongoing engagement opportunities for students and families to stay connected and involved in the Wellspring Global Academy community.
  • Provide consistent follow-up and support throughout the academic year to ensure continued student and parent engagement.
  • Monitor student well-being and academic satisfaction, providing encouragement and positive reinforcement as needed.
  • Work closely with the admissions, academic, and student success teams to ensure a seamless and integrated experience for the student and family.
  • Share insights and feedback with the team to continuously improve services and the overall Wellspring experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, interactions, and communications in the CRM system.
