About The Position

Ivy Academy is seeking a dependable and student-focused Education Assistant to support classroom instruction and help create a positive learning environment. The Education Assistant works alongside teachers to provide academic support, supervise students, and assist with classroom operations. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Support teachers with daily instructional activities and classroom management
• Provide small-group or one-on-one academic support to students
• Assist students in staying organized, engaged, and on task
• Help prepare classroom materials and learning resources
• Supervise students during transitions, lunch, and school activities
• Maintain a positive, safe, and structured classroom environment
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student success
