About The Position

4043 A/C - Friedman Middle School: Educational Assistant – 1 Yr. ESSA – minimum qualification requirements: Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent AND Possess either: An Associates’ (or higher) degree; OR 48 credit hours completed at an Institution of High Education; OR Scored 464 or higher on the ParaPro Test NAEYC – educational qualification requirements: Possesses 12 college credits in certain early childhood/elementary education courses OR holds a CDA credential from the Council for Professional Recognition AND Completed one of the following: An Associates’ (or higher) degree in early childhood education or certain related fields; OR Possesses an Associates’ (or higher) degree in another area AND has worked or 3+ years in a NAEYC-Accredited program OR Possess an Associates’ degree (or higher degree) in another area AND has worked for 3+years in a non-NAEYC Accredited program AND had at least 30 contact hours of relevant training during the past three years.
