About The Position
The Educational Assistant at Adams Elementary School is responsible for supporting student learning by assisting licensed staff in curriculum and program implementation. This position requires exercising independent judgment in managing classroom operations, working effectively with diverse cultures, and assisting in the instruction of students in various settings. The role includes preparing instructional materials, facilitating positive relationships among students, and maintaining high standards for student learning. The assistant will also supervise student activities, assist in training volunteers, and perform minor medical procedures as needed.
