About The Position

Educational Aide Location: 6908 Mercy Rd, Omaha, NE 68106 Pay: $16.25/hr plus depending on experience Schedules available: Monday- Friday: 9:00am-6:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm About CSI Our story begins in Omaha in 1892, when, due to epidemics, poverty, and the difficulties of pioneer life, many children were left in need of parental care. As an Educational Aide, you’ll be an essential part of our team. Your responsibilities would include supervising and coordinating daily classroom activities and providing a safe and nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow. In short, our Early Childhood Teacher will foster healthy child development through interactive education, structured schedules, and positive parent-teacher communication. Can create a nurturing and structured environment for learning and growth. Communicates effectively with children, parents, and team members. Ideally, you are: Experienced in child development, classroom management, or early childhood education. Skilled in fostering independence and self-help behaviors in children. Knowledgeable (or willing to learn) about developmental stages and quality childcare standards. Bonus Points CPR and First Aid certifications. Experience working in childcare environments. Familiarity with universal precautions and safety protocols.
