In this position, the coordinator will coach E&T Functional Leaders on the systems and processes related to training, working collaboratively to identify and close any gaps in training. The role involves managing the training request system, providing weekly training completion reports to all departments, and ensuring that all training materials are current and accessible. The coordinator will also facilitate annual reviews of training materials and Step-Up Cards, ensuring that all documentation is maintained accurately in SharePoint. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently while also being an effective team player, capable of driving group decision-making and building relationships at all levels within the plant.
