Assignments are managed through a ticketing system, where technicians address issues related to district-issued devices (MacBooks, Windows devices, Chromebooks), Google Workspace, access control systems, security camera systems, and audio enhancement technologies. This role also involves Chromebook management, repair, and support, as well as assisting with training and testing support for teachers and staff.
