Education Support Professional - Intensive Learning Program/Autism [SY25-26]
About The Position
Trained in understanding and utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis with students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Experience in, or knowledge of, discrete trial training, data collection, implementation of reinforcements preferred. Must be adept at working in a collaborative model with teachers and specialists in order to provide a transdisciplinary instructional approach. Knowledge of augmentative/alternative communication methods, sensory diets, reinforcement schedules, and behavior management techniques. Toileting/diapering and heavy lifting may be required. Reports to : Building Principal; Program Manager Salary : Commensurate with Malden Public Schools’ Unit C salary scale To Apply : Submit letter of interest highlighting qualifications for the position via School Spring
