Education Success Manager Job Description Our ideal candidate will have: Master-level consulting skills to: Proactively monitor and manage a large caseload of partners throughout the East coast, particularly centrally-located and some southern states including New Jersey, D.C., Virginia. Strategically plan and deliver effective in-person and virtual consultative support to administrators and educators Coordinate, plan, and facilitate onsite and online professional development for teachers and administrators Conduct quarterly or mid-year achievement review meetings with district and school leadership to review fidelity of implementation, provide recommendations for continued success, and ensure their ongoing partnership Regularly monitor data to prioritize and plan for proactive outreach throughout the territory Develop and maintain extraordinary relationships with existing schools to ensure their satisfaction and retention while helping to grow our incremental value Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for schools and districts Work independently and as a team Integrate technology into the classroom Serve as an ST Math program expert The ability to inspire educators in the following situations: Working directly with teachers and champions to improve math education Consulting with school administrators to maximize the impact of our partnership Strategizing with district administrators around culture-building and data analytics Expert knowledge of and experience with: Serving as a change agent with district and school leaders Adult learning theory and strategies to engage educators Building and maintaining relationships with school and district level administrators ST Math or other math educational software Unparalleled territory management experience to: Make every school and district successful Allocate resources and strategically plan your time to maximize your impact in all schools Keep every educator thinking about the next step of their implementation After reading about the opportunity on our team, are you more excited than you were before? This position must reside in the central east coast, the tri-state region of DE, VA, or MD, and reports to the Director of Education Success. It is also important to be comfortable turning on your webcam to build a rapport, even from a distance. This role does require travel (up to 60%). Qualifications Who You Are An Educator and Influencer You are able to inspire and guide educators in a variety of contexts, including: Working directly with teachers and site champions to improve math instruction and student outcomes Consulting with school administrators to maximize the impact of their ST Math investment Partnering with district leaders around culture-building, data analysis, and long-term instructional strategy A Strategic Partner You bring: Experience in customer success, educational consulting, or a similar partnership-focused role Comfort owning long-term relationships that include renewals and growth conversations A consultative mindset that prioritizes trust, outcomes, and mutual success over transactions The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams Your Experience Includes ST Math or other math educational software (preferred) Serving as a change agent with school and district leadership Building and sustaining relationships with district- and school-level administrators Additional Details This position must reside in Texas, ideally in the Houston or San Antonio area, and reports to the Director of Education Success. The role requires comfort building relationships virtually, including regular use of video conferencing. Travel up to 60% is expected.
