We are working with a mission-driven organization in the healthcare quality and education space that is expanding its digital learning portfolio across both individual and enterprise audiences. This role sits at the center of learning delivery, supporting a growing user base (~30,000 learners) and onboarding 100–200 new B2B users monthly. The organization recently implemented a new LMS (Oasis), and this position will play a key role in optimizing how learning programs are built, delivered, and measured. This is not a pure administrative role. It is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable working across systems, data, and operations, and who can take ownership of both execution and continuous improvement.
