About The Position
Ready to help students as an Education Specialist Teacher ? Cross Country Education is seeking an Education Specialist Teacher to join our team in Los Angeles, CA for the '25-'26 school year! Position Overview: Deliver specialized instruction and support to approximately 20 upper elementary students enrolled in special education programs across two school sites. Develop, implement, and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet student goals and mandated timelines. Collaborate with staff and parents across both sites to coordinate lesson plans and program services to ensure continuity in curriculum and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Valid California Special Education Teaching Credential with a Mild / Moderate Authorization
- Experience teaching and supporting upper elementary students (Grades 3-5)
- Ability to effectively split time and travel between two school sites
Responsibilities
