About The Position
The Education Specialist (Teacher) position is an entry-level to senior-level role responsible for developing and implementing educational curriculum and lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of youth in a state facility. This role involves instructing students in elementary or secondary subjects, as well as special education, while ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines. The Education Specialist will work collaboratively with a teaching team to evaluate and enhance individual educational plans, maintain records, and provide supervision and support to students.
