About The Position
The Education Specialist provides an educational program for individuals with exceptional needs and special education services. This role involves consulting with regular teachers and parents, coordinating information and resources, implementing Special Education services, and monitoring the development of Individualized Educational Programs (IEPs). The Education Specialist also assists in planning parent education workshops and performs responsibilities similar to those of a classroom teacher.
