About The Position
The Education Specialist Instructional Coach in the Intern Program is responsible for coaching intern teachers in our Education Specialist Program to support them with standards-based planning, culturally responsive instruction, learning from assessment, and partnering with students and families. Instructional coaches in the intern program have a caseload of up to 15 intern teachers located in schools around Alameda County. Coaches work on a coaching team that meets regularly to provide lateral support and ongoing development. This job reports to the Director of the Teacher Intern Programs.
