BASIC PURPOSE The Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to placing them in appropriate roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and clients. They build sound relationships with candidates, generate referrals, and prospect new candidates through independent recruiting strategies. The Recruiter must meet the company’s expected metrics and KPIs by producing quality candidates for open job orders. They must provide excellent customer service while meeting the goals and needs of field personnel.
