About The Position

The Education Recruiter at Healthcare Staffing Professionals, Inc. is responsible for sourcing and placing candidates in K-12 educational roles. This position focuses on utilizing technology and creative strategies to identify suitable candidates, ensuring timely submissions to clients, and advocating for both educational institutions and candidates throughout the hiring process. The role requires a strong commitment to achieving recruitment objectives and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in recruiting for K-12 education roles is preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficient in making a high volume of calls per day, documenting activities in our customer relationship management system.
• Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities under strict deadlines.
• Comfortable with technology, proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook and Word), and familiar with educational job boards and platforms.
• Associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in recruiting teachers, specialized roles, special education professionals, and school support staff is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Utilize cutting-edge technology and creative strategies to network and identify suitable candidates for teaching and specialized roles.
• Collect, organize, and verify required candidate documentation to ensure timely submissions to clients.
• Prioritize job orders based on the needs of educational institutions and submission deadlines.
• Meet quota objectives set by management, focusing on call volume, candidate submissions, and successful placements.
• Act as an advocate for both educational institutions and candidates throughout the hiring process, maintaining frequent communication to address any obstacles or delays.
• Work with a sense of urgency and dedication to achieve objectives.
