We are seeking a dynamic, creative professional to lead a 3 year grant-funded initiative designed to support children and their caregivers in developing key character strengths—including curiosity, compassion, and perseverance—that contribute to success in both school and life. This full-time, 3 year position is dedicated entirely to the initiative and involves developing engaging curriculum and resource materials, facilitating interactive workshops that blend play and learning, and collaborating across Children's Museum of Atlanta teams to ensure effective project implementation in the museum and throughout the community. The right person for this position must support the museum's mission and values, work well collaboratively, view things through the eyes of a child and understand and respect the learn through play philosophy. The annualized salary is $57k-$60k DOE.
