Junior Achievement (JA) of Greater Hampton Roads is seeking an Education Program Manager to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA. This full-time position is dedicated to preparing students for their futures by connecting them to their community through engaging, standards-aligned programs. As part of a collaborative and innovative team, the Education Program Manager will facilitate student learning experiences and coordinate various programmatic initiatives. This role is essential in maintaining a positive reputation for Junior Achievement in the local community while expanding our reach across Hampton Roads. The Education Program Manager will oversee the life cycle of several in-person and virtual programs, which includes outreach, administration, volunteer coordination, resource development, and management procedures to ensure high-quality and efficient program implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating multiple programs, organizing communications, recruiting and training volunteers, and developing program materials. Additionally, the role requires providing technology support for participants in virtual programs, maintaining database entries, analyzing data, and creating reports using various tools such as CRM, Excel, Google Analytics, and Power BI. This position is ideal for current and former educators looking to transition into a non-profit career. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays and potential for expanded remote work opportunities.
