The Education Officer plays a key part in shaping the educational experience for North Carolina's real estate brokers and education providers. Under the supervision of the Director and Assistant Director of the Education & Licensing Division, this position: Designs and develops educational content for Commission programs, courses, publications, and the Commission's website. Works both independently and collaboratively to produce a wide range of instructional materials for brokers and the broader education community. Assists in the training and certification of education providers and supports the approval process for instructors and courses. Supports the management and administration of multiple Commission databases, including processing and approving forms and database changes submitted by educators and brokers. Provides guidance to brokers and educators regarding North Carolina statutes and rules related to education requirements, brokerage practices, and Commission policies. Work Location Requirement The selected candidate will be required to work in the office daily for approximately the first three months to complete onboarding and training. After this initial period, the position may be eligible for hybrid work, subject to division needs and supervisory approval.
