Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent strongly desired.
• Ability to effectively operate a Windows PC without assistance.
• Familiarity with consumer electronics.
• Proficient typing ability.
• Ability to determine the value and functionality of donated items without supervision.
• Strong knowledge of consumer electronics, antiques, media, books, and collectibles.
• Ability to meet established production goals.
• Must be able to multitask and work rapidly and efficiently.
• Ability to perform simple math computations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in eCommerce or online sales.
• Knowledge of auction processes and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Post auction items online using a PC system to meet production goals.
• Capture quality photographs of items and accurately shelve them into inventory.
• Manage inventory to ensure good organization and flow.
• Sort, research, and curate collectible donations accurately.
• Process discarded items into appropriate categories and locations.
• Assist online customers via email, phone, or with item pickups.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and clean work environment.
