Great Parks of Hamilton County is seeking a current undergraduate student for a unique opportunity to provide nature education in an urban setting at the Nature Center at The Summit in Roselawn, Ohio. This position will involve researching strategies for effectively delivering nature experiences to the community, evaluating guest responses to current programming, and provide educational programs such as hikes, animal encounters, and nature center open hours. At Great Parks, our team members work together to preserve and protect natural resources and to provide outdoor recreation and education in order to enhance the quality of life for present and future generations. This internship will run from May through August, working approximately 30 hours per week for 13 weeks. The internship will conclude with a presentation summarizing your learning objectives and is an opportunity for student interns to highlight and present their summer research projects and educational experiences.
