About The Position

The Learning and Development Infrastructure Process Manager is responsible for the oversight and operational management of Learning and Development technology needs, reporting and web-based services. This individual is a member of a cross functional team, which includes knowledge management and learning and development professionals, business owners and clients, project management, IT&S and others as needed. They will work closely with these various groups to develop, implement and manage the strategies needed to achieve desired results. As a strategic department representative, this person demonstrates solid management skills and behaviors in addition to continually striving to meet and exceed customer expectations. This individual will have responsibility for managing and working on multiple projects: planning and execution of learning and development tools and deliverables. In addition, creation or providing direction in the development of learning technologies tools falls under the responsibility of this role.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree preferred
• Equivalent work experience may substitute degree requirement
• 2-4 years of experience in developing written and electronic communication solutions preferred
• 1-2 years of experience working and developing SharePoint and web application technologies
• Knowledge of the principles and processes of developing large scale technology programs preferred
• Web page development and developing graphic/visual communication preferred
• Knowledge of learning management systems and workflow
• Minimum 2 years management experience required
• Strong Learning and Development technology solutions background preferred
• Healthcare background preferred

Responsibilities

• Aligns business strategy and goals to deliver high quality integrated learning and development technology solutions that complement the business strategy
• Manages the development of reporting, metrics, SharePoint solutions and workflow automation
• Supports the development of Learning and Development strategy plans
• Manages web solutions, research and development of learning solutions
• Enterprise account management for Parallon's WEBEX and HealthStream accounts
• Performs systematic evaluation to improve quality and cost effectiveness
• Works with Project Management, Learning and Development Team, Business Owners and clients, Technology Teams and others as necessary to select standard content, graphic and technology solutions
