The Learning and Development Infrastructure Process Manager is responsible for the oversight and operational management of Learning and Development technology needs, reporting and web-based services. This individual is a member of a cross functional team, which includes knowledge management and learning and development professionals, business owners and clients, project management, IT&S and others as needed. They will work closely with these various groups to develop, implement and manage the strategies needed to achieve desired results. As a strategic department representative, this person demonstrates solid management skills and behaviors in addition to continually striving to meet and exceed customer expectations. This individual will have responsibility for managing and working on multiple projects: planning and execution of learning and development tools and deliverables. In addition, creation or providing direction in the development of learning technologies tools falls under the responsibility of this role.
