About The Position
The Education Impact Coordinator at LEGO will play a pivotal role in supporting the Education Impact team to implement Learning through Play in schools and districts. This temporary position, lasting for six months, requires a highly organized individual who can effectively coordinate various activities and communicate with multiple stakeholders. The coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and organizing professional learning sessions, coordinating events, and collaborating with LEGO Education Academy Certified Trainers. Additionally, the role involves crafting and maintaining reports and handling invoicing, ensuring that all aspects of the Education Impact team's activities are well-managed and documented. In this role, the Education Impact Coordinator will contribute to the organization's mission of ensuring every student succeeds in learning through LEGO's innovative solutions. Strong communication skills are essential, as the coordinator will need to manage professional learning sessions and services while maintaining clear communication with all involved parties. The position requires a minimum of three years of experience in training or coordinating training, preferably with a background in using LEGO Education solutions in educational settings. Familiarity with current educational guidelines, policies, and regulations is also necessary to effectively support the team and its initiatives. The coordinator will initially work from one of the LEGO offices in Boston, with a planned move to a new location by mid-2025.
