About The Position

At SEA LIFE Orlando, our Guest Experience Team is all about delivering a guest-obsessed culture and helping every visitor make unforgettable memories. As a Guest Experience Host , you’ll become an underwater guide—leading guests through exciting ocean discoveries and helping them experience something truly amazing inside our aquarium. In this role, you’ll rotate through a variety of guest experience positions, bringing high energy, strong communication, and excellent presentation skills to every shift. You’ll play a huge part in inspiring repeat visits by delivering the best-in-class guest service , along with impressive product and ocean knowledge. Your mission? To ensure every guest has the most magical, fun, and safe experience possible.

Requirements

• 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
