What We’re Looking For We are looking for a professional who balances High IQ (Operational Excellence) with High EQ (People Leadership). Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education (Required). A Master’s Degree is a plus. Experience: 5+ years of ECE teaching experience and 5+ years in a leadership/management role. Licensing Guru: Deep, working knowledge of Pennsylvania State Licensing and accreditation requirements. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you are comfortable leading a staff meeting or a parent tour with equal confidence. Resilience: You are a solution-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, joyful environment. A Day in the Life Morning: Greet families and conduct a "culture walk" through the classrooms to ensure everyone is set up for success. Mid-Day: Perform a formal observation, then sit down with a teacher to coach them on a specific learning objective. Afternoon: Review enrollment goals with the Leadership Team or host an informative "New Parent Orientation." Requirements
