In addition, specific functions may change from time to time: Partners with Clinical Educator and Manager to develop, implement, and evaluate strategies to promote professional growth of employees Acts as a resource for adult learning, continuing education, and individual area of specialty Provides or coordinates educational activities utilizing adult learning principles according to planned objectives Promotes evidence-based practices in consultation, committee work, and in the classroom environments Participates in continuing education in area of specialty to maintain competency Incorporates appropriate resource utilization, to include operational and capital resources and data collection retrieval and analysis Maintains instructor status in BCLS Provides feedback in a constructive manner Other duties as assigned
