About The Position

The Salvation Army’s Boston Kroc Center is seeking an Education Coordinator. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements

  • Two to four years of progressive leadership experience in education
  • At least two years of experience in developing, planning, managing and supervising education programs
  • At least two years of experience developing and administering budgets for education programs
  • Ability to supervise a professional staff consisting of individuals with varying experience, competency and cultural backgrounds
  • Ability to conduct workshops on a variety of education related topics
  • Excellent computer skills and competency with software such as Microsoft Office Applications and/or appropriate desktop applications and hardware such as computers, printers, projectors and smart boards
  • High level of confidentiality, discretion and judgment
  • Flexibility and a cooperative spirit
