About The Position
The Education Assistant - Inclusion position at Manzanita Elementary involves assisting in the structured education of students with special needs within a regular classroom setting. The role requires working under the immediate supervision of certified teaching staff, subject specialists, or the Program Director. The assistant will support educational progress as outlined in the students' Individual Education Programs (IEPs) and may work with severely multiply impaired students across various grade levels. This position is non-exempt and benefits eligible, with a hiring pay range of $19.04 - $20.21 per hour, depending on experience.
