As an Analyst, you’ll work across a wide range of clients and projects which vary in length and size. In addition to client work, you’ll also get a chance to participate in various culture building initiatives and programs beginning day one. Through problem solving and analytical thinking, you will collaborate with team members to develop unique solutions for client needs across the Research Enterprise. As a Education & Research Analyst, you will learn best practices in several areas of research including research compliance and risk management, operations performance improvement, technology implementation support, strategy and financial planning, and interim staffing and management. You will play an integral role in ensuring clients are able to improve business processes and utilize technology to drive efficiency within the research administration space.
