About The Position
The Education & Engagement Manager is responsible for cultivating and sustaining partnerships with artists, schools, educators, and community partners. The Education & Engagement Manager communicates and collaborates effectively with internal and external stakeholders to develop, coordinate and evaluate effective programming that achieves stated educational outcomes tied to the Guthrie Theater’s mission, vision and values. Leveraging the artistic programming and resources of the Guthrie, the Education & Engagement Manager promotes theater arts as an effective educational tool for personal growth and development. The Education & Engagement Manager cultivates and nurtures participant relationships and effectively delivers quality programming. All employees are expected to center, model and champion the Guthrie’s core values of Artistic Excellence; Community; Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility; and Fiscal Responsibility.
