About The Position

The University of Colorado Boulder encourages applications for an Education Abroad Program Manager! This position exists in order to enable students to study abroad or to have an academic learning experience as an integral part of their University of Colorado Boulder academic career. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of education abroad programs, advising students on program options, preparing students for a term away from the CU Boulder campus, and providing health and safety support. This position supports the Faculty-Led and Research Programs teams. The position is expected to further the strategic goals and mission of the University of Colorado Boulder and of Education Abroad, and to contribute to the University's Inclusive Excellence goals. Education Abroad is a unit within International Education in the Office of Undergraduate Education within the Division of Academic Affairs, at the University of Colorado Boulder. The mission of this unit is to develop, operate, and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of global education programs for CU Boulder students and academic units, including study abroad, domestic programs, international student exchanges, international internships, faculty-led Global Seminars and Global Intensives, and international research and service learning. The unit is responsible for health and safety and risk mitigation for students going abroad on CU Boulder sponsored programs, and oversees campus support for the International Travel Registration process.
