TU seeks an Education Abroad Coordinator to assist students throughout the study abroad process, including advising sessions, assistance with securing travel visas, and pre-departure orientations; Manage Terra Dotta application database and the database of approved courses; Make regular updates to Terra Dotta to reflect changes to programs, terms, or application elements; Research and identify curricular matches between TU and current and potential partner programs and institutions; Assist students in complying with registration and academic credit transfer requirements; Manage CGE Education Abroad outreach events; Manage designated budgets for all special events; Manage the CGE website and serve as liaison with TU web designers; Conduct an annual review of study abroad processes; Liaise with partner universities to promote TU and recruit exchange students; Manage exchange students’ nomination and application process; Maintain data on the exchange student program and balance numbers; Represent the CGE at campus, community, and national meetings; Provide accurate reporting regarding programs, activities, and student advising. Requires a Master’s degree in Education or Business Administration; plus 18 months of experience at the college or university level assisting with international education and/or study abroad programs. Requires experience with Terra Dotta database management; and experience processing credit or credit transfers (domestic or international) at the college level. Second language ability preferred.
